We are happy to provide technical support on an as required basis from a minimum of one day upwards. However, if your organisation thinks it may require 10 days or more support it could be worth considering one of our service and support plans which offer cost savings over individual day rates.

Gold 40 days of onsite and telephone and internet support. Suitable for organisations planning major capital investment or those who have multiple sites.
Silver 20 days of onsite and telephone and internet support. Suitable for organisations planning both capital investment or upgrades to existing facilities.
10 days of onsite and telephone and internet support. Suitable for organisations planning some capital investment or remedial work to existing facilities.
The above are indicative examples and can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual organisation both in agreement duration and number of days required.
